Our nutritional counselors work one-on-one with clients to get in tune with their bodies' unique needs and build healthier futures!
Our nutritional health coaching program is tailored to the bio-individual needs of each and every client.
We focus on healthy weight management, balancing the microbiome and improving energy levels. Our specialties include working with clients experiencing new food sensitivities or allergies and individuals who are dedicated to aging well by focusing on quality of life now. We are looking to partner with motivated individuals ready to focus on the root causes of their health struggles and build meaningful health habits that last.
How you relate to food determines when, what, and how much you eat. How you feel about the food you consume helps determine how well your meal is broken down and what happens to the calories and nutrients in that meal. We all have a unique relationship with food. Meals can be a joy, a comfort- even the highlight of our day. Food can also be a struggle, an afterthought - just another line on the to-do list.
How do you relate to food? Why?
Were you eating a burger and fries heading home in traffic or were you enjoying a long sit-down with friends? Did you really taste the food, or even remember to chew? Both scenarios precipitate a different outcome from the exact same meal before even considering the nutritional value.
Our health coaches both have their own stories to tell. We are both seeking to pay forward the gifts we’ve received on our own paths to wellness, while working in meaningful careers. From cancer survivorship dysbiosis, struggling with flagging mental focus, multiple food sensitivities and breastfeeding a newborn with severe food intolerances we have experiences to share and we can walk the talk.
We are both still on our respective health journeys. The progression towards optimal health is an act of life-long learning and adjustment. We are eager to share our passion for health and wellness with our communities and promote nourishing our bodies as the radical act of self-care and love that it is.
